Beep Test: 9.1
Vertical Test: standing 2m, jump 230
Balance: 12 touches
T test: 13 seconds
Sit and reach: level 3
Push up: 6
Plank: 1min 40 seconds

Today was not a very successful fitness day for myself. I feel like I had an off day. I know for a fact that I can do much better on the beep test. My goal is at least level 10 and I feel like I am capable and my fitness it at a level 10. I hope to do better next testing day.
