Dance Week

This week was dance week. My favourite kind of dance that we did was Bungra & Zumba for fitness. I liked how both were high energy, and how I was able to get a good work out of both. I was very proud of my efforts and had a very successful class on both days. The class I found myself least successful in was line dancing. I didn't really seem to get a workout out of it, and it was very repetitive. I also don't think I was surrounding myself with the right people, whom may have brought my energy down. Next time if I find myself in this situation or a similar situation, I will try to modify the activity a little to better challenge myself, instead of losing energy and getting bored of it. I also know who not to surround myself with now, and realize I need to be with those who will bring me up and not down.
