I am extremely disappointed, I could have and should have done a lot a lot better. Unfortunately though my shoe lace came undone and I slipped and fell twice. I had to stop as it wasn't safe for me to keep running and had hurt myself falling.

Body Press: 15 girl push-ups (should have done tees before doing body bridge)
Max Vertical: standing- 2 jumping- 230
Board Touches: 10 touches in 30 seconds
