Sullivan Locomotive

Today, because of nice weather, we were able to do fitness outside. On the upper field we did fitness, and it was the locomotive activity where we must cross the field doing numerous activities. I wasn't feeling well, but still was able to participate, so I stuck close to Neelam to encourage her, though we were close enough where I could keep my own pace. I liked being outside because I find fitness more enjoyable in the fresh air. On the other hand, with the bigger area, there was more distance to cover and therefore when the whistle blew, the seniors and juniors ran into each other a lot! The activity I dislike the most would probably be the "bunny hop" because I find it challenging to do a two foot hop continuously. Next time we do the locomotive for fitness, that will be my goal, to get across the field at least once white continuously jumping with two feet. My most favourite activity is running because I really enjoy running. During one minute intervals, I can normally cross 4 times, so therefore, next time I hope I can increase my speed and get across 5 times before the whistle blows. Furthermore, I was very proud that I was able to encourage my friend Neelam. By the end she had worked so hard she felt sick. To encourage her I would tell her only one more, or we're almost there, or just simply saying you can do it don't worry !
