On Saturday, I went to the driving range for the first time with my family. At home my mom is constantly encouraging good fitness, and I wanted to try something new, so we decided to go out to the driving range! I learned a lot about how to swing a golf club, and at times even got the ball to land in the 100 yard area. What I need to work on is getting the ball up in the air a little higher, and to do so I need to get the club under the ball a little more. I also want to improve how much strength I am swinging with. For my first time, I thought I did pretty well. I enjoyed learning a new sport I hadn't tried before, and I think I'd like to pursue learning some more golf skills, and visiting the driving range with my family more often!
